Default Ducati Riders in the R.I, MA., CT. Area

Looking to see if anyone wants to meet-up for a ride this Sunday (8/28. I am located in R.I. We usually ride to the Vanilla Bean (Pomfret, CT.) and take it from there.

Does that go south or west or what? I'll be gone this weekend but some weekend soon I'll finally be free and Id like to see some new twisty roads. If youre ever in the area come on by. I'm gonna be at loudon next friday if you do track days

We ride every Sun. morning into CT. to the Vanilla Bean. All bikes at this place. The roads around it are awesome (44, 244, 169). I have not been on the track as of yet. That will change next year. Do you do a lot of track days?

yea - wellI try to when I can afford it atleast. I wish my dog 748 wouldnt get smoked in the straights, but Im always up on them in the corners. Its loads of fun you'll be hooked once you do it. I'll have to check this post more often and maybe get a chance to hook up some sunday this fall. Right now im busy making as much money as possible untill i go back to school but I'll give you a shout when I'm not gone over the weekend. How do you like your 749?

I love it. I put a Strati Mod. exhaust on it. The guys at BCM tuned it for me (100 hp at the rear wheel). I think it makes a decent rider look good. We are riding this Sun. It should be a decent one. Take the day off!!!! What school are you at?

I wish I could but I think its the last in-law family event of the season at winnipesaukee this weekend. Im in my last year at Massachusetts college of Art (no im not an artsy kid) I study industrial design - product design if youre not familiar -and Im really into transportation design like italian bikes, hah.
a 100 hp isounds nuts, I gotta get my bike dialed in up there at bcm but Ive been thinking about doing the 870 big bore kit to get some real numbers.

I spoke to a guy at BCM when I was up there. He had the 872 kit installed for about 3k (parts, labor, etc.). He said that the bike made 120 hp at the rear wheel. I'm not sure if he had the "R" cams installed.
