Default Yamaha R1 '04 Suspension Help

I am looking for some help with a base line set up. I am a 185lb rider with my gear on. I have an '04 R1 that I just put an Ohlin's Rear shock with a 540lb spring (fully adjustable) that is now set to the tallest ride height possible. The OEM fork internals were changed to RaceTech GP parts. I use the bike for the track only and I run Michelin Power Race 120 front/190 rear tires. I had Mike at Computrack in CT do all the work. Does anyone have a good set up for Roebling in GA, VIR (North Course) and Pocono East? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry don't have an R1 you'll do better posting in the trackday org sites.

No, you'll have better luck if you post in the street & track forum, instead of the NE regional forum.
