Hey there, you don't see many RC51s around Indy....I like that. Anyone up for a ride? I know some pretty good roads not too far away. Spring is here!!!

What side of the city you on? As soon as rain goes away I'm up for a good ride. Have taken bike appart to add the HID headlights and need to change oil and plugs. What year is yours?

I live in Greenfield, about 20 miles east of Indy. I have an 02, Sato pipes, PCIIIr, most of the free mods, lines, clip-ons, I need a set of tires, but there is still some life in them. I went for a ride today.....felt great. I don't know if I need a battery or not. It was half dead, not sure if it was from sitting all winter, or the fact that it is 6 years old. There is a lot of sand on the roads. Keep in touch.......Bill

I live on southside and work in bloomington and have ridden to work 2 days now. First day was cold as hell but still nice on way home. I have a Radar dector with a Wireless In Helmet Display which is very nice. Yes sand and salt is still bad on roads but have ridden some nice roads. I'm around and you can always shoot me a PM. Will be free in next couple of weeks as long as wife doesn't have me doing yard work.

Yeah, I've gotten out a couple of times this year...the weather has been less than cooperative. Plus something's up with my TP sensor. Or at least that's what code my FI light is flashing out. Gotta get that taken care of before I can really take it out.

Oh, mine's an 01, Jardine RT-ones with race baffles, undertail kit, and I need to get a PCIII.

Yeah, I'm not real comfortable with working on electrical stuff. I restored my '75 Yamaha (now sold) but that was carbs and easy stuff like that. I may just take it to Dreyer. Last time they said all they had to do was reset the ECU. I just really need to get a PCIII...

I'm going to try to make it. Gotta change my oil and do all the normal de-winterizing stuff first. Then there's the issue with my TP sensor. I don't know just how I'll handle that just yet. But I will certainly try. How many riders you expecting?

If you need help let me know. Should be about 5-6 of us. I'll be in full leathers for the fun roads, just in case there is still some sand on the roads. We are meeting at 10 am and I can meet you and head to friends house. Just give me a call and we can find a place to meet. Off of 65 and County Line road I'm about 5mins from friends house. Just let me know. Sean

Hey guys, just thought I'd let you know I got my TP sensor issue solved. Not in time for the ride today, but I'm still happy. But how I fixed it ticks me off...so I unplugged my ECM to get to a turn signal wire that had come loose. Plugged it back in and started up, thought hey I should take it out for a bit, just to see... And what do you know, FI light doesn't come on even after 10 minutes of spirited riding. Performance is back as well. So now I'm up for a ride!

Hey all, I put 200 miles on her today and she ran great. I'm up for another ride anytime. I know this week I'll be on the West side in the afternoon on monday and next week on Thursday. But any day should be good this week from the looks of it.

It's really hard for me to get out during the week unless I leave work early. I live way the hell out in Fortville (past Geist Reservoir) and I have a dog, so between transit time and walking/feeding him, it's just tough making time to get to the good roads.

But speaking of good roads...I love the one that runs from Bloomington through Yellow Wood State Forest. Don't even know what it's called, I just know how to get there. It dumps you out near Bean Blossom, and from there you can hop on SR 46 (I think) and run through Nashville back to Bloomington.
