Default adhesive help

I have some metal that i am trying to stick cat litter to, any idea what type of adhesive might do? I was at first going to use silicone but that is too soft i need something that dries hard.

Don't know if you need it to be clear, or if you will be applying alot of litter so it won't matter. How big of an area?

If it is a larger area and you will be applying the litter in decent quantity, then I would use "Liquid Nails". It comes in a tube like silicon and is located right by it in the stores. Spread it out with a trowel. The stuff is VERY strong and dries hard. You can get it at Lowes, Home Depot, etc.

caliduc thankx, i am using very little litter, maybe a tablespoon or two. I am trying to glue this litter around the edge of a meatal bowl in which my cat uses as a toilet. this is part of me just about getting him toilet trained. the bowl will have a hole in the bottom in which his stuff will fall ino the toilet.

Cats have a great sense of smell and he might not go near that bowl if the glue stinks (and it will). How about some double-sided tape?

thankx

the bowl fits inside the toilet seat with edge catching the edge of the seat. I have been decreasing the litter amount for several weeks. i am getting ready to cut a small hole in the bottom but his scratching will push the litter in the toilet if i can stick a little litter on the edge of the hole he won't be able waste it as the days go by i make the hole bigger until he is doing the business right through the hole into the toilet i just have to flush, no more litter only side effect is the metal bowl has to be removed to use the toilet, no problem for me
