Bitburger's great, but Veltins gets my vote. Hofbrau by the liter isn't bad either, but in half liter's for gurlz.

Ooooh, that Spaten Optimator is really good. There's a German restaurant not far from here that has it on draft.

Living in northern Colorado we have an amazing selection of beers. New Belgium, Odell, Boulder Beer, to name a few of my favs. To name only one beer would be impossible.

Hazed and Infused - Boulder Beer
5 Barrel - ODELL
Sunshine - New Belgium
Cutthroat Porter (nitrous) - ODELL
PBR!!
Beer...most any, really.

In Fort Collins there are 4 Major breweries and some smaller local ones. Hopping on my/your bike with some friends and touring the breweries, getting sh!tty is an experience we all should have at least once.

Lagunitas brewery "Hairy Eyeball" w/ a sweet Indica would be a great call on a summer eve......................

Too right. Boulder has had their "Flashback Anniversary" brew recently, and it's a treat. We have a nice place in Belleville that has it on tap. Wow.

To Nero's question - what food or meal goes best with your vafe brew:

Well, since I picked Bell's Two Hearted Ale (which is a rich American IPA), I'd have to pick something spicy to go with it... I'm going to say hot wings from our corner pizza place, Papa Vito's.
