Header Pipe

Has anyone come up with the answer to weather the flange that can be seen in the header if you take off the right muffler is a mistake by Honda? or should it be there,maybe some pipes have it and some not,I am going to take mine of this coming weekend,so will let you know what I find inside. Rob

It's just where they slip fit and welded it . They were cheap did not take the time to cut off the part that extends and interferes with flow to the right exhaust can .

When you cut it out with a die grinder , that tubing is one loud son a gun so wear ear protection .
