Default Dr. Schmuckenstein's Monster

This is my first 'fighter. I've been working on it for about two years. Special thanks to Dave for the great service, and great wheels. Here are the picture I promised. It used to be a 1999 Honda VTR1000F Super Hawk. I have fabricated, modified, or replaced everything but the engine internals. Let me know what you think. Enjoy!!

That is actually the first Streetfighter Superhawk conversion that actually looks quite decent. Nice Work!

I'll take that. Thanks. Yeah, most people aren't into naked Super Hawks. Great to know other people like it too.

Shorten the top arms and reshape the bottoms. Not too hard.

Default Superhawk mods.

My son has my old VTR and was looking for a better set of forks for the front.
You used these 954 forks? I guess everything from the wheel to calipers to disc's and trees had to be swapped also?

This is a common swap and there is a lot of info about it on the superhawk forum. You need to do everything you mentioned and possibly add helibars. Another cheaper alternative is to buy a fork brace for this bike for around $130.00.
