new 03 RC51...7 days and 1500 miles

I finally broke down and get her. Brand new 03 and I sprug for the 5 yr warranty, but hopefully I will never need it. After 7 days I put on 1500 miles. I was off for the week and I wanted to get through break in and get accustom to the bike, so I rode the sh@t outta it. Day 1 was the weather was horrible. I rode the bike home from the dealer and took the long way to find some twisty roads. I kept thinking home many variables I was intruducing :new bike, new tires, raining, and night. But, I just couldnt take her home and lock her up. That should be a sin.

I am in the market for some frame sliders, I need new tires (man the OEM are sh!t), and I have got to get the suspension setup. I am going to try to hold off on the mods for a while until I have time to really decide what I want. I know the undertail is a must. I would love to get some cans, but I bought that warranty, so I guess I need to stay stock for a while. How good is Honda on warranty issues?

Anyway, the last day of the vacation I took some shots. I tried to get some scenery becasue I know everyone has already scene a new 03 RC.
