Default Dyno work

Went to Harry's in Northborough, MA. What great guys, incredibly thorough, 36 pulls!!!! Ended up with 124.8 HP max and 69.5 lbs of torque. But the important thing is a SUPER smooth rev range, and no more decel popping that I've been getting since installing Marks carbon gp cans. BTW, Mark, your cans held up great through all the runs, and the tech guy said my RC was the coolest running RC he'd ever worked on. I guess usually he's fighting to keep the temps down, but on mine he actually had to work to keep it UP to temp! Sweet!!

Here's a crappy video from my phone of a 80% throttle run, check out the flash at the end

YouTube - RC51, GP Cans, Dyno run @ 80% throttle, flash!

more and more of these cans are hitting the streets so make sure and help everyone out by posting your mods, your location in the country/elevation and the ambiant temp with you map somewhere.

Good deal Matt...jeez now you can go even faster down the highway ...and maybe the cops won't hear you either at least on the "quiet" and instant decel you'll need when you go through the trap @ 140.

If this sh*tty wx ever goes out to sea, maybe we can do a longer ride up north, maybe even find some other 51 owners to go along. I'll give you a call and we can discuss something, or just drink beers!

Cool Boz, sounds good. How you been? Speaking of cops and traps, got pinched pretty bad last week, 6 violations in one stop. Guy was in an unmarked car with no sirens or lights on, said he was trying to catch me for 10 miles and thought I was trying to elude him If I'm traveling at speed on the highway there's usually a moron or two in their cage that wants to follow me, that's what I thought he was! Luckily I have some work acquaintances that have friend on the State Police and in the courts, should be able to get some of the violations knocked down. And u ever get out to Western MA, Northampton area? Great place for riding, and good food in Northampton.

70 degrees fahrenheit, pretty humid, I'd guess around 75-85%. Not exactly sure of the elevation, certainly less than 500' above sea level. 92 octane, engine temp consistently @ 185 degrees. My mods are in my footer...

And, I've got a PCIIIr, not a usb. Email for the map, I'd be happy to share.

Matt

Howdy Matt, I'm doing well, just working & studying and waiting for some nice weather to come our way so I can ride the RC. After hearing your beast with the GP cans I've been seriously considering getting some too, just not as easy as buying them online, it's either simon or mrgrn and it's all through multiple PM's and they're twice as expensive as Yoshi RS3's.

Six violations in one stop!!! holy bat crap, I sure hope your friends in the courts have some serious pull. Was "evading" one of the violations and if so, isn't it considered a felony? What speed did he write the ticket for and what were the other violations? I just hope you still have a license when they're done with you.

As for riding in the Northampton area, sure, my brother lives in Southampton so I'm out there quite often. and VT wouldn't be too far away either.
