Is your front wheel backwards?

Love the look of the 2:1. Any noticable power reduction with that?

Great side by side comparison. I love that red tail.

After doing some research real quick I have determined that my wheel is on the correct way.

Hey jgos929,

After doing some research real quick I have determined that my wheel is on the correct way.[/quote]

What research... Just look at the side wall of your tire(s).. there IS arrows which indicate wheel direction..
I also have to say... Your front tire looks mounted either ass backwards OR it is> Very OLD School tread design..

I Like those front Disc rotors... Very Nice! Did you by any chance weight them vs OEM that you had on there?
What kind are they?

Peace Jeff

PS. Check your front tire rotation direction.

The research I did was look at the arrow and its pointing forward like its supposed to be. Its a Shinko 005 front tire. Look at the shinko 005 thread in the general forum and you'll see its the exact same tire. I didn't weigh them and their hong kong ebay specials and they work great.

Okay Cool.... That explains the Tire then..

LOL... For real, the "Disc\brake rotors" are from ebay and are Hong Kong specials?

Too bad you didn't get to weigh them, it would be interesting to know, IF they are lighter and by how much, IF they are...?
Anyhow, they sure do look nice.

Peace

They're all over ebay just search rc51 brake rotors and pick the seller with the most/best feedback. I like to spend money proving that you don't always get what you pay for. There are sometimes some very cheap products out there that perform just as well as the more expensive ones. These are very structuraly sound and straight as an arrow. The thickness is I believe 4mm or 4.5mm. When I apply the brakes its smooth with no pulsing and they stop on a dime. Got my rear rotor from the same place and it works just fine for only $45 shipped. I got my hotbodies knock off undertail from ebay to brand new $125 shipped and I got my double bubble wind screen off of there for $35 shipped brand new. There are deals out there on some good stuff, you just cant be afraid to take a chance and buy it.
