Default RC facelift

So i picked up my RC at the end of the season. I was however able to put 5000kms on it. The bike wasn't in the greatest of conditions when i got it.
It has a cbr 3spoke rear rim, on of the tabs for the spools was broken off and the engine was so dirty and gummed up with chain wax it was ridiculous.

So over the winter I...
- powder coated front and rear rims gloss black
- removed swingarm and had the tab welded on. Also decided to fill in the openings on the swingarm.
- got a mrgrn hugger, and clutch cover.
- rearsets (sato knock-off's)
- carbon heel guards
- vortex sprocket -1 in the front have a +1 and +2 rear sprocket
- did erv3 520 chain
- all new decals cut. (fake carbon stickers are gone!)
- nicky mod
- passenger pegs, bird cage, brake caliper mounts all powdercoated satin black
- gilles chain adjuster and lifter
- vortex keyless gas cap
- handmade undertail with a honda cbr 954rr integrate tail light.

no i don't have a how to thread. Someone else had one already had a thread about making the undertail.

BrightLight

I took part of his idea, but used a 954 taillight instead of a 600rr taillight.

What did you use for the undertail material? Is it a regular rc undertail with a "cut in" 954 light?

I used fiberglass. I'm not sure what you mean by regular undertail.
but it was just a flat fiberglass board with the 954 opening cut out.

I was thinking about taking my undertail and enlarging the opening, or cutting out the lights and intalling something that could be seen. Thought you had the same idea and worked it out.

I agree, the undertail looks good. Great choice of light to use.

Adding the red and other taste full decals made the bike. Plus we all love carbon. Nice work , I love it.
