Default UK newbie SP2

This is where i'm at as of this morning. 2002 SP2, cast magnesium Dymag wheels [big weight saving], SMS underslung rear caliper kit, Ohlins rear shock, Maxton re-valve and spring of front forks [Maxton are genius UK suspension experts], Earl's s/s hoses, Harris rearsets, HRC tube brake resevoir, Harris exhaust hangers, Sato Ti lows, PC3usb, TurnOne airbox, PAIR and flapper junked. Also got a TurnOne carbon snorkel but haven't fitted it yet.As soon as that is on it will need mapping on a dyno. PVM front radial m/cylinder in post.
Next mods are loom mod, battery relocate and race bodywork with single VFR400 headlamp. Also lightweight clip-ons and uprated front pads.
Oh, and a new rear tyre 'cos I shredded what was left of it this afternoon on the gnarly roads of Shropshire and Wales!

Sharp mota m8, think you meant to say RVF400 (NC35) light instead.. the VFR400 lights are a bit mingin'.

I know I know, gold is so vomit inducing! But the price I payed was great 'cos I had one of those ebay discount vouchers and beggers can't be choosers.
I was so excited this weekend to have 2 whole days of riding in sunshine that I didn't care if they where pink. I'll get 'em redone black when the weather changes again. So that will be in the next couple of weeks........... [Only UK members can truly understand this!]

Black will be best for the 7 Stars paint job. I know that those bikes had silver wheels but that is even worse than gold imho
