I don't think anything is wrong with my headers. When I get the dyno tune it should get straightened out.

I used a 2:1 map from durbahn's site and it seems to run pretty good. The hiccup is gone but I'm getting some decel popping. I'm getting a custom tune in the next couple of weeks with the tuning link software so it'll take out the human element of the tuning process and hopefully be more spot on.

Bro your not on here as much as you used to be. I would gladly bring it by. Awhile ago we was supposed to hook up and go ride. How's your bike coming along?

I have 2-1 with a map the previous own made. I think I have a PCIIIr but I have not gotten the map off of the bike yet. If I can get it off I will send it over to you. But I don’t have a lap top so I don’t really know how I will do that. I guess I could carry my computer into the garage.

Is your bike an Sp1? If so that would be cool. I would like to try it out and see what happens.

I have a 2001 with the 2/1 system. And have had some luck with the 105-722 map off of the Power Commander sight. It works well for me. I have all the free mods and the 2/1. All though there are no maps on there for the system I have found two or three on there that work well. I have tried most of them. All so I noticed my piggy likes the fuel, the richer maps work best for me.

I believe and I'm sure someone on here would know better or confirm that the US bikes just come with all of the emissions junk on the bike. If you have the free mods done all that junk is gone. And I have found two or three maps on the sight that are decent. I would also recommend the Richer map tables. I tried some of the leaner ones and my bike hated them. Just load a bunch of maps and try them You will find one suitable.
And that can is Sweet I would love to have one in black.

Where did you get the exhaust springs you ended up using? The GP muffler spring location is quite different from the regular Jardine 2:1 can, so the old springs are way too long.

I've got the 2-2, but I just went to Home Depot and got some springs there, has worked great for 1000+ miles since...

How does it look now that you've had it for a while and put some miles on it? The front half of mine is showing some discoloration after the first track day, which is probably normal, just checking how some others are doing.
