I've learned from past experience that soundclips are just no good. I played around with my video camera alittle yesterday but its just to loud to really hear the true sound of it. It just makes a popping noise on the camera.

That's what we in the recording industry call "clipping." Turn your input mic down if you can.
There are a couple 2:1 system maps that might be worth trying at Durbahn-USA, but a custom one is probably the way to go...
Also, courtesy of the wayback machine, here is a user submitted one for a Jardine 2:1 that used to by on Dynojet's site. I think 2:1 maps will get you closer than 2:2 maps...

Conversion was between pc3r and pc3usb. I'm not sure if I've seen a 2:1 map for a SP1. Too bad Jardine doesn't have one for download, I guess you could email them and ask if they have one. Looking at Dynojet's website, M105 is the prefix used for SP1 maps, and M114 is used for SP2 maps, so that may help identify which model the map was for.

I looked around the net for people that had a similar setup to get ideas on a map and all I could come up with was to try the sato map. It runs good but I could tell I lost some low end and there's a noticable hickup between 6k & 7k rpm.
theres a 2-1 sato map?? Try some 2-1 map from the rouge site that should end the hick up. oh and bring it by so i can check it yo

No no no everywhere I searched people were saying with an sp1 try the sato map on the pc website because they heard others with 2:1 tried it and seemed to work fine. All the 2:1 maps anywhere are for an sp2.
I used a 2:1 map from durbahn's site and it seems to run pretty good. The hiccup is gone but I'm getting some decel popping. I'm getting a custom tune in the next couple of weeks with the tuning link software so it'll take out the human element of the tuning process and hopefully be more spot on.
Bro your not on here as much as you used to be. I would gladly bring it by. Awhile ago we was supposed to hook up and go ride. How's your bike coming along?

Aside from the pain of taking it off and putting it back on a cracked header wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. I know the guy I traded exhaust systems with was able to get it repaired and it's usable for him now.
