The pc3 doesn't plug into the ECU. From my understanding it should work fine as long as you use SP1 maps

What part number is printed on the PC3? PC3 install is different than the PC2.

Yeah, on my first RC I had mistakenly ordered a SP2 pc3 for my SP1. Only difference (besides the map) were these white inserts in the plugs that I had to remove. After I figured that out, all went well!

I'm curious about this as I am running a SP1 powercommander on an SP2 with no problems at all. I can't imagine that much of a difference?

PC3usb for SP1 & 2 is the same. Only the serial number is different..Connection is the same as for SP1 & 2...Im using PC3 for Sp2 but my bike Sp1...no problem at all....U just need to re-do the mapping that all...

I went online to the Powercommender site a few weeks ago and everytihng is hunky dory! Thanks!

So I now have two PCII's to sell!
