This one I bought used a couple months back and used it for a handfull of pulls on the dyno and then swapped it out again.
It's used and in very good condition.

Does the IIIR have the same functions as the IIIUSB? Fuel pump adjustment and all?

I believe just ignition control as far as I know.
With the USB you'd need an ignition module to plug in but they do not make a module for the RC based PC-USB.
So if you want to adjust ignition, the IIIr is the way to go.
