Default Fs 04 Gotta Go!!

hey all, this ones gotta go, 5,200 miles, set up for the street but no title so cant tag it, gotta sell it as a racer, remus high mount system, fresh paint, all new parts, 520 kit, vortex sprockets, if u want more info just ask, u can email me at industrycycles@gmail.com and i will be able to respond faster. asking 5,000
the vin is JH2SC45354M401088 so that all can check to make sure its not stolen, im not a thief, nor am in the business of shady dealings, i just got shafted on this bike, if i lived anywhere near a track i would use it myself, but i dont so i am trying to sell it, i will entertain any serious offers, but not from people who think they are detectives.

Was it a salvage or is it just stolen - even if it is a salvage you should have a title - please post the VIN so we can get a history.

You can't file bankruptcy on just a bike, if you file bankruptcy, the bank takes your assets. A title will still exist for the VIN, so either you can go to the registry and request a copy, or the title isn't in your name, so you can't, which means the bike technically belongs to someone else.

Maybe you should do a carfax on it (carfax doesn't always work for motorcycles) or go to the DMV and have them do a title search and post that up so people feel comfortable buying from you!
