so why does the Ohlins shock get mounted like that? ...and not to the exhaust hanger like mine? Was that shock made for the RC or is it mounted there for ease of reach to change if needed?

Joe,
If you wouldn't mind PMing me what you end up getting for it I would appreciate it. I almost have the exact thing, and would be curious what the market for it would be.

Thanks,
John

Probably not what he's asking, even though it is worth near the asking price. I could not get a bite at $9300 on my 03 that had even more stuff, minus the Ohlins front.

Kawi Jm: are you thinking of selling your bike? I think I will buy high price RC's to part !

I'd actually part it right off the bat if I was so inclined. I've almost come to the conclusion that it is MUCH more valuable in pieces.

BTW...NO I am not getting rid of my baby, just curious. It is not that often that a full dressed RC goes on the chopping block. Mine is a low mile 03' as well, so it is a good comparision.

Also Joe, I want dibs on the rearsets & clip-ons if/when you part it

John

If you part it, I am interested in the Ohlins forks and rear shock, and CRG levers.

What's the rear shock riders weight setup at?

I hear you on the parting it out. That is actually what I had planed to do all along.
Right now I'm in the middle of selling my house and moving. So I stuck it out there to see what kind of feed back I would get. Once I get moved into the new house and get the RC torn down I'll let everyone know the parts are ready to sell

Thank
Joe

How much you weigh?

That way, we can get a fix on what those forks and shock are setup for..
