Clint, you are going to need a longer line to run these as the radial caliper is positioned lower than the stock one. I just set up a deal with Galfer so I will be offering new lines at (hopefully) much less than retail!

I will double measure everything later today and post up with some exact lengths required.

Fairly certain he is utilizing the stock fitments. So if you pull out your SP1 bolts currently being used you can get the correct dimensions. Its been a while since i've bothered with these figures so i'm just halfway guessing here....for exact measurements take the bolts to a hardware store and use their nut/bolt size scale.

fender bolt............m6 with a 1.25 pitch and length of 15mm(button head)
caliper bolt............m10 with a 1.25 pitch and length of 25mm(torx socket cap...but you can use a regular socket cap for replacement bolts)

Also, try the mircofiche as i think i recall seeing bolt sizes for these honda parts next to their part numbers.

Something to be aware of (especially for Ti. bolts) is their shoulder height. The smaller bolts will have a full thread, but the larger the bolt you go to the less chance you will find a full thread bolt. Most of these larger bolts have only a partial thread along the shaft of the bolt and the part where the thread ends and the rest of the bolt shaft begins is known as the shoulder.
This is actually the issue between the SP1 and SP2 bolts. So be sure to ask your bolt supplier if they can provide you with a full thread bolt. If not you will need to know the shoulder height of that bolt. If it is more than the height on your stock bolt is will not work. You'll run out of thread before the bolt can cinch down on the parts.

P.S. If you need a set of Ti caliper bolts i have a set that will probably work for you. Plus, these have already been predrilled for track prepping.

I currently have the caliper brackets mounted with M10 x 28 hex flg head screws right now and I believe they are full length thread. They should be long enough but not sure if the flange dia will fit the c'bores. Might have to switch to SHCS to fit them. I might be interested in the caliper screws so thanks.

The ones I have are not full thd but regardless, I don't believe the HFHCS shoulder will fit in the c'bore anyways so I'll need SHCS for that anyways. So a SHCS M10x25x1.25 will for the new mounts then?

Glen, do you know for sure the length of screw needed for mounting the calipers on your new mounts?

The SP2 uses a 35mm bolt. So if you use the 35mm bolt with his standard caliper set up for the SP2 then you are golden. It may be that the hex flange you currently use will be to large a base for the counter bored fender bracket Glenn will be having made for the SP1.....i think the flange is wider than the actual bracket width. So if you are resigned to buying bolts you mine as well go with the 35mm. Then again you may be able to find a local machine shop that could whittle down the proper sized bore for the current hex flange bolts you are using. Pretty sure you could buy another set of small Ti. bolts for the same or less though.

Ok, SP1 is now available and both SP1 and SP2 are now ready to ship in BLACK

If you would prefer the black anodized it is an extra $12, so $271 for the black version!
Here are some new photos!
