It has lots of extras including a power commander. Comes with a rearstand helmet loading ramp and all OEM equipment minus the OG undertail. The only bad is the right side cowling frame slider cutout is offset and the rear seat cover has some scratches. easy there, it's just starting to get warm, sit on it for a while and post it on craigslist, that is where I got mine from, and list it a little higher than $4800... I would go for around $5500. I paid $6300 for mine last year with ~6500 miles on it and a dent in the tank.
+1 on the craigslist. I actually got hooked up on my 01. I paid $4800 with 6800 miles, jardines, PCII, and a lot of extra stuff. That was an insane deal in my opinion. I would start at $6000 and let somebody talk you down to $5500.
