within the 50 states. it doesnt have the cables or disc . i dont think it was ever installed by the previous owner. im gonna bump this and try that techlusion and see how that works

Don't waste your time with that techILLUSION cause it doesn't work! Get a cable at RadioShack and free download the software for the PCIII, you'll be money ahead!
