That's an NWS hugger. They were taken over by Powerbronze a few years ago and I suspect they are no longer in business.

had the same hugger as well as a QB and i liked the NWS best, wished i had not sold it

it went underneath the arm to protect the shock which is a great feature IMO

So did the Harris hugger and to be honest that one look like Harris or vice versa!
