Very Nice, with the SP1 what happens to the oil cooler ? Does it get relocated somewhere else ? If so where

I would assume to the right hand side of the bike in front of the old rad...same as sp 2.....

Yep. SP1 kit comes with oil cooler. I think I shipped the last set I had on hand little bit ago but everyone can contact JBs_SP3 he will have sets ready to ship in the coming week, both SP1 and SP2, and also the Hawk 650 rads as well.

The Thermae kit comes with a replacement oil cooler located on the RH side, the OEM cooler plus lines are not re-used. Here's a picture of an instal on an SP-1:
