Are these legal for the road?

1991 Honda NSR250 (MC21) Black/Red

Yes check out NSR-world.com you will find tons of info on them. Fun bikes and two stroke. May not be legal any more though pending body work ect.

I'd like know how these are street legal. There are others that would know better, but i don't think the nsr was a bike that was cleared for sale here in the states. You could gray market the bike for the road, but its not as simple as walking the title into your local dmv. That is unless the previous owner has already done the leg work on it. For an MC21 i'd doubt.
