Default Lets see your lids.....

I am trying to decide what helmet to get for my new baby ( 02 RC ) and what everyone else is wearing for street use. Also...lets see jackets...matching, not matching, what do you prefer? Do you have a vented jacket for summer....couldnt imagine wearing a full leather in Chicago mid-summer.

Funny you ask this because a group of half naked (not pretty) harley riders asked us this past weekend how we could wear a full suit in 90*+. Reply Eppy, "its better than bleedin".
All that said, yes I also have a Joe Rocket RASP and some Ti Max textile pants for the summer heat and humidity.

Someone has a helmet addiction... Just kidding.

I currently have an Arai RX7rr Hayden wired. But it is getting near the end of it's life expectancy so I am in the market for a new lid. I keep trying on all different kinds (brands), but all that fits (good) is a damn Arai.

I think my next will have to be the Arai Vector Camo Red. I saw this helmet in person the other day at a stealership and I think I may have drooled on the floor.

This is my first Arai. I have to say its the most comfortable helmet I've had but the wind noise is pretty loud. Another problem I've had is one of the side pods broke. I do change my visors out alot though.

Just bought a Shoei TZ-R in pure orange last week & officially retired my Duc-Eater helmet

Also have a VEMAR that I use in wet conditions that I really really like... It doesn't fog up & is very comfy & quieter than my Shoei's
