NEED HELP with new rims / SCOTT's / ELKA vs OHLINS

Can anyone give pro's and cons on Marcchessini wheels VS Carrozzaria in the 2007 V-Star. Are there weight savings or big differences between the 2 besides the cost?? Please help -- I cant decide which brand to get. ( black powdercoat)

Also.---cant find the Scotts damper settings for an RC-51 with a pretty good , B class, track rider at 187-190 lbs. Can anyone help with settings???

One other question-----Is the ELKA 3 shock a good one to have over the Ohlins rear adjustable shock??? The ELKA is cheaper , but I think might have more adjustments for setup for my weight ---NEED HELP WITH DECISIONS ON ALL OF THIS ------ THANKS
