LP sells one that fit's all Honda's and Suzuki's, it will be cheaper than the one Honda sells. An Impact wrench still helps the process though, I borrowed a buddies when doing my last clutch work and it was friggin sweet.

Just look around online. I got my clutch basket tool for around $20. It's universal and looks like a really big pair of pliers. Cant remember where I got it. An electric impact gun at the local auto shop only costed me around $70. Not as much torque as the pneumatic ones but it did the job.

That's what I used to hold the basket to retighten it. I have a HUGE pair of channel locks that I put rubber hose (radiator heater hose) over the jaws and held the basket when I tightened it with a torque wrench. Make sure to hold the basket as far rearward as possible and not on the fingers that hold the clutch plates.

You'll need a 12pt 30mm Socket to remove the clutch lock nut.
