Sorry, New RC pricing ? Again!

Looks like my Monster might be totaled so will be looking for a new scooter.

The RC51 is at the top of the list.

Seems to be a number of 05' left overs here in SoCal. ANy suggestions what a reasonable OTD offer would be?

LA Honda is advertising $11k OTD. I've read here in the past were left over RC's get picked up for @ $8.5K. Is this an unban legend?

Thinking I'b be stoked to grab one for @ $9-9.5K.

It's probably the wrong time of the season to be looking for a "smoking deal" on any bike.

As far as legends go, in the fall of 2004 I passed on a brand-new 2003 for $8,300.

Mid 9's for a leftover shouldn't be unreasonable if you look around.

just picked up an 05 with 424 miles on it for 8400. not to bad but will never deal with that dealer again. very unprofessional.

LA Honda is advertising 12 05' RC51's in stock. Also advertising 06' RCs as well so I'd guess they'd be anxious to unload one. As far as times of year to buy a bike, I'm not sure that applies in SoCal as drastically as regions with real winters. Anyway, guess I'll have to go in and make the offer I'm willing to make.
