Default rc ignition problems

heres the deal my rc was crashed bad & now put back on the road better than ever but, here is my problem...... in motion the rc will rev to about 7000 rpm then break up
(somthing like the soft rev)but sometimesl at 7000 it will just quit then i coast to a stop , a minute later it fires back up. sitting still it will rev to redline with no misses while sounding very smooth.. no overheating or odd noises. it has no crazy mods just a pc2 , pipes & flapper mod . HELP!!!!

Id suggest checking the lines, filters and maybe the injectors first. As you build up speed and rpms the fuels system becomes pressurized more and any type of bottle neck in the systems could cause the motor to cut out. I know its a reach but this happened to my dad in his dodge pickup. Drove fine under 45 but once he tried to accelerate to highway speed the motor would sputter and cut out. If he reved the motor without actually going anywhere it would pick up rpm fine but as you go through gears the needs of the system changes. In his truck it turned out to be a clogged up fuel filter.

i will check that in the morning. it seems to be happening at an exact rpm with no sputtering till then .when i hit 7000 she breaks up then when i push through it its all over i think i hear a faint pop like a fuse popping then she quits dead. i im not shure & ill double check in the morning but i think when it pops even the dash lights go out for a second im not for shure though ????
