Looks as light as a feather! Good luck with that plate mount. If the cops catch ya, they aint goin' for it. Your GT is lookin' good. Update us when you get it painted.

I have always liked the Hawk. That looks really good, you did a great job. I like it in flat black, it makes it look mean as hell.

Love the Look of Nakid Twins

Your bike looks great.

I have been a Hawk GT lover since it was my first bike. I have had several twins following the Hawk,

My question is, what front end have you put on your bike. I see that it is a inverted fork with radial mounted calipers. DId you install different triple clamps? Looks like it may be from a 600RR or a RC51.

Can you tell me what you did here?

Did you change the geometry at all on the frontend with the fork swap?

Thanks

Crispy

It's not my bike, but the entire front end is probably from a '07~'08 600RR, as that's when they first came with black forks. Everything is bolt on. He probably used the stock triples, top and bottom. Go to the Hawk GT forum and you'll read all about how compatible it all is.

I love the Tail. I love it when plates and Taillights can't be seen from the side I am changing mine up on my CRF as soon as I get home. I am starting practiceing making LED Tail and Brake lights right now (while in Iraq) and might possibly order a fender to mount them in while I am here so I can bolt on and go when I get home.
