Default bias or radial tires for the Hawk?

I'm working on an '89 Hawk now and it's got a decent 110/70 Pilot road on the front and a junk Me55 on the rear.
Should I get a new Pilot for the rear and live with the speedo 10-15mph off? Or should I get a new set of bt-45's? I'm kinda leaning towards the bias tire.

I'd put radials on it for sure. The ride quality is a bunch better...
