Looks great man. My setup is pretty close but I cannot find any LEDs to use for the tail lights. That is the only thing keeping my poor Hawk off the street. Did you happen to find the brand/model LED's you are using? I am not an electrical guy so I am kind of looking for a bolt on here.

Thanks!

What kind of front end is that? Fairing stay for the 600rr piece? An since you have Rod's subframe and tail - what do you think about using a cored, stock ducati silencer with his exhaust? It will be for a street bike (that would have a 100% chance of seeing the track) so ideal power isn't an issue, I just think it would look better. Not a fan of the megaphone.</TD></TR></TABLE>

The front end is a mish-mash of 929/954RR parts. F3 wheel with rotor adapters to fit the 954 rotors. (had to have 5-spoke wheel) The fairing stay is a Vortex 600RR item and it is a p.o.s., it is too flexy and the fairing wobbles around. Not sure about the Ducati exhaust but anything will fit with enough TIG work you know?

I'm using BackOff brand LED light bars, 3.25" wide. They are dual-intensity meaning they can be used as a running light/brake light combo. They pretty much bolt right onto any flat surface and the wiring is easy. $49.95/pr.

SCHWING!!!!! Now there's something that gives me wood.

I'd like to see something done with the motor, like a 696cc bigbore kit!

Well considering it makes over 80hp as a 663, (no it isn't even close to stock) I don't see why it needs to be a 700... but that's something I plan on doing anyway.

Engine specs currently:

663 kit with lightened pistons
Heads milled and cylinders decked, compression ~13:1
174x8 cams
29.5mm intake valves, epoxy ported heads
Ceramic coatings on pistons, heads and valves
10.2k rev limit, but I rarely run it over 9.5k.

Etc etc.

Right now it wears stock carbs with Factory 3.0 kit to tame it down a little for the street, which puts it about 75hp. When I bolt on the flatslides, then it makes around 82hp.

I am currently working on some new cam and piston designs, so it will be a test bed for some of that stuff. 85hp/50lbft. is something I'm shooting for, @ 700cc's. Making it streetable is the challenge.
