Default Who has replaced/removed the speedo

The bik im picking up had been laid down on its left side at one point in time. I'm wodering how i can replace/reapair the speed and wanted to see what other people have done themselves. I dont want to pay the 150 bucks to fix bc im working on a college budget here!

it super easy ,if you can use a screwdriver you'll be fine, but why fix it ..it doesn't make you go faster ....

cops in a college town dont like kids on motorcycles

im trying to keep them from catching me speeding on accident around town.
