Smile That good ol' Hawk hesitation

Just in case.....

I'm running Hiperform exhaust, D&D muffler, K&N airfilter, Lid holed for more air, Stage 2 Dynojet (144 mains)...and it STILL coughed when accelerating between 1000 and 2000 rpms. Hmmmmmm

After a bit of research I found that by shimming or raising the needles 1 or 2mm can dial this out.

DynoJet mentioned moving the clip down 1 click (1mm) from #4 from top of needle to #5 to add a bit of richness. Funny, the #4 click puts the needle the same length as the stock ones.

So, I just went to the bottom click #6 (raised 2mm from stock) on the needles....and WAHLAH!!!

What a difference it makes!!!! Perfect.

This might come as old news to some, but if it helps anyone, great!

Thank you, Eddie
