stock clip-on weight removal?

Anyone know how to get the anti vibraion stuff out of the stock clip-ons. I want to put on some bar end mirrors and that stuff is in the way.

You'll have to take the grips off the bars. When you do that you'll be able to see a couple of holes in the bars which the the weights attach to. Press the tabs back into the bars and the weights will be released. I hope that makes sense
