Seems like he got a lemon. The clutch got screwed up cause of a improperly machined part earlier this week and now his motor is fried.

yeah it blows... im more than pissed. livid is more like it. cant wait to have the phone call tomorrow with the sales manager/owner, etc. god damn bike isnt even done the break-in period yet and its left me stranded TWICE in a week.

yup. Temp is way too high way too quick. Something is fried. Will probably end up with a new crate motor. Should just give him a whole new bike but don't think it'll happen.
