Default Ron Ayers Sucks

this dealership for parts really sucks.

1st they they tell me my parts are on back order for a couple of weeks by mail (when i placed the order on the phone they were instock). Keep in mind that I was expecting the gaskets to arrive, not a letter that states sorry we don't have them. So i order them for a local dealership for a higher price. i figured what the hell I will have a 2nd set when ever the ron ayers parts get here. Then after a week my parts show up from ron ayers, after i recieved the parts from a local dealer in 2 days. so really there was no need to order from the local dealer then:

2nd: they set the wrong gaskets, after I spoke with one of there sells people to make sure the right parts were ordered.

3rd: i call to send them back, they give a RA number. all is good right. wrong my gaskets did not make it back in there 10 day window return policy. so they returned the wrong gaskets back to me. after they sold me the wrong parts.

Just some advice find someone else to do business with.

your better off getting stuff from the dealer... after the shipping and wait time your dealer will cost a few bucks more but worth it in the long run...

I had a mixed purchasing experience with Ron Ayers. Ordered some parts and gave them my shipping and billing addresses with specific instructions not to
send the items to my house. What happens you wonder?
They send everything to my house but botch up the street address so bad
that whoever took my order was completely certifiable or on crack. What saved the situation was that they had my cell phone number. So I go to the Fedex home delivery location to pick up my order, no problem, right?
Wrong, the order is partial. I call Ron Ayers and talk to Walther in the customer service department and he fixed my address screw up and had the other shipment delivered complete the next day. Couldn't haev been more accomodating.

I've had good luck with them so far, but I agree, your local dealer is your best bet. Unless they've got a knucklehead running the parts dept, luckily mine doesn't.
