Post totaled bike frame ?

I totaled my bike, finally took it all apart where its just the frame, swing arm, and rear shock. I was checking it out and I found a small crack in the head or steerer tube on the frame, It also crinkled the bottom of the frame where the steerer tube meets, where if I put forks on it instead of the forks being slanted to the front the would be straight up and down. Is there any way a shop could bend it back or fix it?

you are wasting your time and money..............with anything but buying a new frame. Besides you get peace of mind with a new frame. They arent that expensive.....especially when compared to the large chunk it would take to have yours "FIXED"
