They are the original frame slider and I have used them for years on different bikes and never had to cut the fairing. I have them on my '05 750 right now.
I have LSL frame sliders. I went down in some antifreeze and did not even touch my body work!..frame slider was trased but who cares. No cutting on bodywork to install them either!
I just received the SHOGUN slider's from Kneedraggers they are the NO-CUT sort, and they look reallly good, and strong 2 i will post pics when i get some time...
any body have any suggestions on puttin these sliders on? im trying to doit with out cutting the fairing? help!!
The LSL frame sliders are by far the best on the market. I use these on both of my bikes instead of the nylon sliders. The no cut nylon sliders are more cosmetic than anything else, in the event of a crash the plate the slider is mounted to typically just bends out of the way. If you have an 06 GSXR600/750 you only have to modify one side. Not a big deal really if you use the LSL they look nice and come in many colors. We have a few of these kits left in stock today, this particular kit sells very well.
