With there always being two sides to every story what do you think the top speed on an 06 gsxr 750 stock is?

175 mph is what the speedo will say which is wrong.

lets just say i know some peeps with radar guns... i was redlined...speedo said 186/7 and radar said 171

171 is pretty good for a 750

I know my speedo is wrong....but. I managed to get 188 out of it (06 1000) right before getting on the brakes (a little late I may add

) for turn one at Grattan last weekend.

It was kinda neat seeing that on the speedo even though I know it's not right

I had an indicated 185 on the straight at Miller.

I know the speedo is wrong (gearing change).

I got passed by 1000s that were going at least 10 mph faster!
