Default 04 750 vs 06

hey guys i have an 04 gxsr 750 full micron, bmc air, pc3 usb, and dyno tuned...almost 130hp...how much better in terms of power is the new 750?? if it is that big a difference i will probably buy an 07 750 but if the difference is mostly looks i will get a 1000 for my street bike...lookin for some good info...i'm about 6'3 215lbs so lookin for a lil more power...is it in the new 750??? thanx

Keep the '04 no big gains on the '06. I have a '05 and I will be keeping it. '06 is mainly all about a revised chassis with a slipper clutch thrown in for good measure. Loose some weight its way cheaper

Get on the treadmill and you will save alot of money. Think about getting your susspension revalved and you will notice a whole new bike.

One other thing is that the '06 benefits from mass centralization, i.e. exhaust location. A treadmill can't solve everything. Besides, donuts are good.

I'M 6'3 MUTHAF'ERS... IF I DON'T WEIGH OVER 200 I'M LIKE A STICK... BUT NEWAYS...THANX FOR THE INPUT...AND JUST SO YALL KNOW I TALKED TO ANOTHER GUY ON THE WERA SITE AND HE HAD BOTH 04 AND 06 WITH ALL THE MODS AND TUNED AND THE 06 DYNO HP WAS ONE HP MORE THAN HIS 04...SO I'M STICKIN WITH THE 04...
