I dunno... Any bike that you have to remove the seat, 2 side panels & lift the tank just to adjust the idle is not exactly user friendly me thinks...

I don't know man. It's got some gold, metzelers, and sato exhaust. I'm seeing a pattern here, sure it's not yours? It's o.k. if it is, we are in the GSXR forum.

Somebody email MikeinWI and tell him to come and look at this bike.

Got my first taste of working on it this evening. I replaced the plugs & man was I wrong... It really is easy to work on under the hood!

I'm having way too much fun just turning wrenches on this thing let alone riding it

Could you please descibe your impressions of the brakes and turn-in feel as those will be my next (only) mods...

Can't really comment on turn-in feel as I am still sorting the geometry & many things are going to change before it's over.

The Brakes, however are awesome. The Brembo Monoblocks & FF rotors are very Linear with massive stopping power & some of the best feedback I have ever experienced. Makes the stock set-up on any production bike seem like crap in comparison, but I really wouldn't expect anything less from them...

i saw it on your website but i didnt believe it...

not like you to start out with a bike with a bunch of changes already done to it...

whats the story behind that?

Saves me time & effort. Now I just gotta figure out how to make it all work together. Plus I've got plenty of other mods coming like eccentric swingarm adjusters that are going to take much more work than the simple stuff that has already been done.

I rode mine this weekend for the first time and ended up with an eye to eye length on the shock of 332mm and the forks, including cap are 6mm obove the top triple. I am running Supercorsas. 40mm sag in the front and 30 in the rear. The bike seemed very well balanced. Turn in was good, stability was good and when the tire lit up it wanted to go forward and not sideways. Hope this helps.
