Squid factor?! Dude, you painted red lines on the edge of your rotors, put a Michelin sticker on your fender, put your name on your windscreen, painted your intake screens red...

You will fit in fine. J/K.

http://www.gixxer.com/forums/ , http://www.gsxr.com/ is 2 that I have found. Squids abound in both. http://www.sportbikes.net/ is not bad. They have a decent GSX-R forum there as well

That gsxr looks nice.

If i had to get a new track bike right this moment, i hate to admit it, but it would be 06 GSXR 750.

i can not. but isabelinwi can. she is a squidlet. that thing needs a steering dampner. she had a high speed tank slapper going on the cul de sac that nearly pitched her. she stayed on the gas and rode it out though.

I gave up on gixxer.DUM over 5 years ago, bunch a panzies with huge avatars and crap in their signature line that was complete stupidity.

If you want uaseful info on GSXR's just go to the local racetrack....or ask me but be forwarned I don't know much about color matching items on a bike

Last night a kid looped a '06 GSXR-750 at 12 o'clock with his girl friend on back headed to bike night at Hooters, bike is totalled, girl has a broke arm and alot of skint marks, Mr. squid is basically un-hurt, I'd like to hit him in the head with a hammer. Same punk who tried to race me like 20 times last tuesday night, I waxed him twice,,,,but to be fair the road had a curve in it One more thing he had NO insurance on the bike good thing really because his stupidity would cost more for the honest guys here who can ride.

guess I overlooked a few things. He is a complete idiot. The whole story is even wierder, his frind who was riding iditos old bike ('04 750) also looped it at the same time idito #1 with girlfriend on back looped the '06. Confused yet They love to do side by side wheelies around here at a buck 20 down the crowded highway in rush hour traffic, complete insanity. They have a following of girls who are clueless to the injury factor and only dig the speed the bikes will do. I sense they are just trying to be cool for what ever that means these days. They are all punks! Well he is out two bikes now and no telling what with legal problems people sue these days for anything and everything. I still can't figure out how this punk has the money for all these bikes and NO friggin insurance which by the way is required by state law. Oh and the girl is very young has a small baby so now mommy has a broken arm and no telling what else and I'm sure mommy and daddy will be taking care of the child. Its unreal the way people live these days, no responsibility at all. She could be dead right now since he looped it on the interstate with cars everywhere. I watched the idiots doing this crap last tuesday night on my way home I knew something was going to happen eventually. He was riding the thing 24/7 almost every afternoon I would see him on it in the small community I live in.

Sorry for the rant and thread highjack

Hell I admitted I was a so-so wheelie rider the other day when one of the punks ask me out of the blue "hey man how do you go around the curves the way you do, is it something in your head" I said yea its called tracktime and practice, practice and more practice almost the same thing ya'll do only I am not practicing it on I-55.

I can wheelie a little. I am good for two gears or a 4th gear bunny hop to vertical for a standup but to be honest that shit freaks me out. I'd much rather go loop my wifes 125 in the yard than trash my GSXR on the highway plus the mechanical aspect of it kills me, oil light on for a mile I'd freak if that happened but yet I've seen theirs on and they'll tell you "man I run 4 qts of oil to try to stop it from coming on" what a dumbass.

I watched one of the wheelie squids last night smoke about a dozen Hayabusa's in some drag races down in the industrial area. He was on a '03 GSXR1000 wit ha stock pipe and was a pretty damn good drag racer but in reality all the busa riders couldn't ride for shit IMO. Some of the wheelie punks can ride its just not something they really know yet to them its wheelies and more wheelies forget the rest. ahhh,,, tuesday bike nights are full of entertainment around here lately.
