Its my opinion that dirty laundry between 2 people should not be allowed to be aired online. Simple fact - its no one elses business except the 2 involved and whats happened is just one persons personal experience - not the whole worlds .
Ive herd nothing but good things about CCW and have suggested to many of my customers to buy there stuff.
Launching an internet attack is the lowest and easiest thing to do to try and mess with somones livelyhood . Its upsetting and cowardly . Why not go face to face like men and resolve the situation by talking..
Threads like this should be pulled instantly .

You don't sound like an atheist to me LOL. Because a real atheist would not have admitted there is a God. Just my here

I have to admit I was pissed off once and sent Chris an email about it. Something to do with Brake tech rotors. Nothing Chris or CCW had done. I was mad. I was going to cut off my nose to spite my face (throw out the rotors and buy another brand).
Chris called me and in 30 seconds he distilled it all and helped me see the right path to take. I was having a bad day.
Now I'm a happy customer again. Chris is a good guy. Kept his cool. End of story.
But I did have an encounter with this hot head mechanic. Man he thought he knew it all. I asked him a question and he threw a hissy fit. Told me he was an ace mechanic and that he knew it all. I asked the question again. He blew up. Threw his harp at me if I remember.

You have no idea what you are talking about.
I cannot speak of Steve, but I am glad to know Marvin, and proud to call him a friend. He's a very cool guy....and while I would agree that there was clearly an over-reaction here by Steve, I also admire Marvin for sticking up for his buddy.
I agree with Chris, that this type of shit thread should be pulled. It does no good to anyone.

Overall it doesn't seem to warrant this response. No one cheated you out of any money or bad product, just an otherwise improper response, maybe at worst.
Certainly not enough to attempt to destroy someone's business.

yea i am going to agree with 916 here..
i think your ego is shooting off your mouth ... get over it
you really think people are going to stop doing business with an established company like theirs...
ur out of your mind..
if you need "CLARIFICATION" on a relay .. then im sorry you should not be workin on bikes... and id not let you put gas in mine...

Wow. I'm another guy who hasn't been here in a while and comes back and.... I'm floored!
I don't "know" Marvin and I would be presumptious to call him a friend. However, he's been good enough to offer advice on this forum that has helped me out more than once. Much more than once. I would consider him a friend on that basis, although again, I would not be so presumptious as to assume that the fact that I've profited from his good offices makes me his.
I do applaud anyone who sticks up for a friend, also. To paraphrase: "My friend. In his intercourse with foreign internet posters, may he always be right. But my friend, right or wrong!"
Having said which, Chris Kelley and CCW is/are flat out my favorite vendors for Ducati and any other marques they may handle from time to time. I think Steve had a bad day. Happens. Handled it poorly. Happens. Not to me of course. Oh no....!
I suggest we all move on. Nothing happening here folks. Move along.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming. I hope.

Someone already said it but this sounds like 2 guys having a bad day.
CCW being banned, ridiculous. Known good company who is good to have around.
Steve a total a-hole? I doubt it.
S#*t happens, we will all get over it.
