Default Desmosedici RR: a real dragster?

Yesterday I was on a track to join Moto Journal staff: they decided to measure accelerations of the most powerful bikes on the market

We had a Hayabusa, a B-King, a new V-Max, a ZZR 1400, a BMW K1300 R, a CBR 1000 RR, a Bandit 1200 and a Z750 to have a "basic bike". IMHO, we missed a MV 1178 R, a new R1 and a 1198 S with TC for a comprehensive panorama.

I will just give Desmosedici RR numbers :
- 0 - 100 km/h in 2 s 82 and only 54 m
- 400 m in 9 s 88, end speed = 245 km/h.

My clutch is well, only 2 runs on my bike.

Pictures and videos of the French Champions in "Super Street Bike" Dragster series (8"9 for 400 m) will be online later (Moto Journal asked me not to "spoil" their article)

Why? I think it is very clear. They tested a lot of bikes (Hayabusa, B-King, new V-Max, ZZR 1400, BMW K1300 R, CBR 1000 RR, Bandit 1200, Z750)

The outcame is that Desmo sedici is very very very fast.

Jocke..........

So why no 2008/09 ZX-10R as according to the CYCLE WORLD Shootout it is the fastest bike from 0-180mph made (not testing the D16RR of course)
beat a BUSA to that speed by over 2 seconds

MCN tested japanese bikes :

as well as a Desmosedici, another day :

We did a little bit better with my Desmosedici RR : at 11000 km, engine is fully break-in and gives a little more power?
