Not carbon but Ducati Performance have something in "AvioFibre" (whatever the heck that is) which may fit your purpose. Includes bellypan. Page 43 of the 2008 Accessories Catalogue. Part # 96976305B

We can get the OEM 05+ 999R fairings unpainted from the original supplier. Someone took the item off the website for some reason so I cannot send you a link. They were a lot less than from Ducati. Very high quality pre-preg.
