By Beth Mellor
July 29 (Bloomberg) -- Bayerische Motoren Werke AG may today announce its withdrawal from Formula One at the end of the current season, Autosport magazine reported on its Web site, citing an invitation to an emergency meeting for reporters today.
BMW’s briefing will be hosted by Chief Executive Officer Norbert Reithofer, Klaus Draeger, director for development, and Mario Theissen, motor sport director, the magazine reported.
BMW’s invitation says the meeting is being held because of “current developments in motor sport,” the magazine reported, while saying officials at BMW declined to comment.

Rumor has it Kubica is being looked at by Ferrari for Massa's ride as soon as Valencia.

For a small privately held company I didn't see how much longer they could hammer it out with Ferrari (Fiat) and Mercedee Benz.
