The only reason to race cars instead of bikes is that you have way too much money, and you need to get rid of it fast.

I'm talking about why I drive a convertible - on the street, like 99.9% of all performance car drivers - instead of a coupe. My ZX understeered so hard on the track, the only way to "drift" it into a corner would be to yank on the parking brake. Otherwise, I would have had to make all kinds of suspension mods to the car, and if you're going to do all that you may as well race the thing. (See first line in this post)

My point is that all these people saying you should drive a coupe instead of a roadster, because that extra, what, 5% of chassis stiffness makes such a difference, well...

If you're driving so hard on the street that you even notice that, you really should take it to the track. And once again, I have no interest in racing cars.

True, but I'm sure racing bikes is a money pit too

Excellent point ... I just personally hate the wind in ya hair cr@p, and the look at me attention, and coupes just look better!

But many very good and valid points in your reply.
Pete
ps: Actually I'm disapointed with Jimmy, he really should have got a 360 Spider ... guess Daddy's pockets do have limits, because chassis rigidy would have nothing to do with his choice, unless he was worried the coffee would fall out of the cup holder or something

Damn it, why didn't I think of that? That's even funnier. So I combined the two...

I think the extreme flexing of the arms while pretending he's relaxed says all about our frind Jimmy here. We all know this character, there is nothing you can say to him to get him to understand, in the meantime, he does provide the entertainment.

Jimmy, posing with your car....c'mon. Surely a player of your level of sophistication must have unlimited access to the finer specimens of the local gentlemens club. Show your speedzilla bretheren some of these scantily clad individuals among your autos and not you.

I have to agree with you. I know i'm a newbie but i have been watching this post for a while and I must say the that Jimmy's player card must be revoked. Surely you could find someone of the opposite sex to show off the cars.

i want to eat pie,
there's dirt in my eye.

the bird's in the sky,
i pulled up my fly.
onions make me cry,
oh why, oh dear why?

i hardly try,
to make shepherd's pie.
why's Jimmy so sly?
why, Jimmy, why?
