It kind of hurts to see audi so far down the list. I guess I have got lucky with mine. Trouble free for 3.5 years. Knock on wood

I find four out of the top five to be very surprising.

Hmm, I thought Isuzu would have been quite a bit better...

Jaguar is more dependable than M-B and Audi?

Another 2005 JD survey on initial quality had Jaguar second of all makes behind Lexus. What is the world coming to?

wow!

Its ok that I have an IS 300 but I really want the New SRT8 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Lexus just wants too much for the GX470.

Those stats can be tricky, and misleading. You get a customer who had a bad expierence at a dealership with the staff and the next day the JD Powers survey shows up?? Might not have anything to do with the car at all? And that Lincoln is in the top 5 is a bunch of bull !!! I ran a sales dept for Dodge/Lincoln/Mercury and the problems with Lincolns and Merc's were worse then Dodge plus I don't think Lincoln sold 100 units in Calif last year

My wife filled out our survey for our wakeboard boat we bought last year and she answered it pretty good , but they were not a "10" accross the board so I changed them so they were, plus they gave me a $1 to fill it out . Bad surveys can hurt the ratings resulting in poor resale value.

The results look good to me. Audis are just fancied up VWs, and VWs have all kinds of problems.
