Default Need help w/ cooling issues

Does anyone know what temp the fans should kick on? I'm assuming 180 degrees. If that doesn't occur, what should be replaced or checked first? I'm aware of two temp sensors.

Or should I replace the thermostat first?

Thanks in advance
